1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing royalbitchcouture.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, the exit is the same door you came in through — no hard feelings.

2. Nature of This Site

The Site is a brand showcase and lookbook. Prices shown on collection pages are reference lookbook prices, not binding offers. The Site does not process orders or payments; purchases are made through the boutique stockists listed on our contact page, under those stockists' own terms of sale.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, illustrations, logos, the crown emblem, collection names and product names — is the property of Royal Bitch Couture or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

4. Charitable Program Statements

References to the Helping P.E.T.S. program describe our charitable practice as summarised on the Helping P.E.T.S. page. Donation percentages apply to purchases made through participating stockists and are reported in our annual Rescue Report. Statistics shown on the Site are cumulative program figures updated annually.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, no scraping content for commercial republication, no using our forms to send spam, and no impersonating the house or its staff. Duchess would have judged you for it, and so will we.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (stockists, shelter partners, font providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; those visits are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding completeness, accuracy or availability of the Site or its content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Bitch Couture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its date, always lives at this address. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
