Most activewear makes a choice: perform in the studio or look good at the coffee counter afterwards. We refused the choice. The Yoga & Exercise collection was designed around a single test our fit team calls "the full Saturday" — a 75-minute vinyasa class, a walk with a foster dog, brunch with people who judge, and errands until dusk. If a piece needs changing out of at any point in that day, it goes back to the pattern table.

The foundation is our four-way stretch knit: 285 gsm, squat-proof under stage lighting, brushed on the inside so it feels like a compliment. Moisture moves outward and dries fast; the noir stays noir instead of fading to that sad charcoal you've met before. Waistbands are high-rise and wide, with a hidden pocket sized for a key and a poop bag — we know who our customer is, and we know she fosters.

The Empress Legging is the flagship: a gold side stripe running hip to hem visually lengthens the leg, and the small crown crest at the left thigh does the quiet bragging. The Warrior Bra Top gives medium support with crossed fuchsia straps that turn a back view into a rear window worth checking. For after class there's the Savasana Wrap, a tie-waist hoodie with gold piping that reads more "off-duty duchess" than "gym bag" — and the Downward Dog Tank, whose script reminds you to breathe, your highness, which frankly some of us need in traffic too.

Movement With a Mission

Like everything in the house, this collection funds Helping P.E.T.S. — and here the connection is literal. Our partner shelters run weekend "rescue runs" and dog-walking programs, and the collection sponsors race bibs, leashes and volunteer kits. The Rescue Run Bra edition exists because volunteers asked for higher impact support on trail days; ten percent of its price goes directly to sterilization campaigns, the single most effective way to reduce shelter intake.

Care is simple: cold wash, no softener, hang dry, conquer. Colours are cut to coordinate with the Tees & Tops line, so the Gilded Raglan thrown over the Warrior Bra is a fully sanctioned look. Strength is couture. Sweat is glitter with commitment. And every burpee you do in these funds a kennel blanket somewhere — which, we'd argue, is the only good reason to do burpees at all.
